If you believe a system operated or hosted by WWM Infrastructure Services is being used for abuse — phishing, malware, spam, unauthorised access, network attacks, or copyright infringement — please report it using the channel below.
How to report
Send a detailed report to [email protected]. Reports sent through other channels (general contact form, support requests) may be delayed; please use the address above for abuse matters.
Response window
Reports are reviewed during business hours, Monday to Friday (Mountain Time). We acknowledge receipt within two business days and provide a status update within five business days. Critical ongoing incidents (active attacks, child sexual abuse material, imminent threats) are prioritised on a best-effort basis outside business hours.
What to include
- The affected resource: IP address, domain, URL, or service name.
- The nature of the abuse (e.g. phishing, malware C2, spam, DMCA).
- Timestamps with timezone for each observed event.
- Supporting evidence: full email headers, server logs, packet captures, screenshots, or links to public reports.
- Your contact information so we can follow up if needed.
- For DMCA notices, all elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3).
Escalation
If you have not received an acknowledgement within two business
days, or you believe the matter is not being handled appropriately,
reply to your original report with the subject line prefixed
[ESCALATION]. Escalated reports are reviewed by a
senior member of the team.
